Biz Sellers utilizes emails as a primary communication channel with customers.  As a customer, you acknowledge and grant Biz Sellers permission to communicate with you via email (as well as other communication channels such as phone and fax) for any purpose Biz Sellers determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, newsletters, service announcements and other marketing messages.  Biz Sellers will use best efforts to honor customers request to opt-out from receiving emails, but under no circumstances will Biz Sellers have any liability for sending any emails to its users or customers.

Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay for all products and services ordered through Biz Sellers using the payment method indicated and provides Biz Sellers express authorization to charge said fees to their payment provider.  Fees owed depend on the specific type and quantity of Biz Sellers products, services, information, or deliverables ordered.  In consideration for Biz Sellers services provided, customer agrees to pay to the “Advertising Fee” upon the closing of any Sale of the Business (as defined herein) that originates, directly from Biz Sellers, or any of its advertising venues.  The term “Sale of the Business” shall mean any sale of assets or equity, any joint venture, development agreement or partnership agreement, any merger, consolidation or reorganization, any incurrence of debt, or any other change in the debt, equity, management or operational structure of the Business.  The Advertising Fee is based on total selling price of the Business.  Following the termination of this Agreement and for a period of one year thereafter, Owner agrees to pay to Biz Sellers the Advertising Fee if a Sale of the Business occurs during such time and the Sale of the Business originates, directly, from Biz Sellers or Biz Sellers services provided.
Delivery and Return Policies

Biz Sellers will delivery all products and services to the customer via the Internet, this website, or other electronic mediums whenever possible.  If such delivery is not reasonably possible, Biz Sellers may elect to delivery the same by a commercial delivery service.  No Biz Sellers products or services may be retuned or no refunds will be given for any items or services purchased from Biz Sellers.

Limitations of Liability

THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY BIZ SELLERS ARE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.  BIZ SELLERS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, GAURANTEE OR PROMISE, WHETHER IT IS EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.  BIZ SELLERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARUSING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR SERVICES. 

Additional Rights of Company

Biz Sellers reserves the right to use listing and other information submitted to it for any purpose, including without limitation for publication of all or part of such listing on the Internet for unrestrictive use by Biz Sellers customers and partners.  Biz Sellers reserves the right to remove all or any part of a listing or refuse service to anyone at any time in its sole discretion.  Biz Sellers shall have no obligation to resolve disputes among users of our services, or monitor or verify the accuracy or proper use of our services.  Biz Sellers reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions at any time.
